Blogspot, persianblog blocked, plus hoder.com!
Ok, now it's official. Hamshahri, a very well-known newspaper, has reported that all Blogspot and Persianblog subdomains plus my own Persian and English weblogs (Editor:Myself) are blobked by the government. It might be something temporary in order to control the information from outside in the days of July 9th anniversarry. But anyways, they have done it now I guess it desreves attention.

You could also send emails to a US based collaborator and have them post them.

If the bloggers can reach the outside Internet, they can use an open proxy. It'll be slower in terms of speed, but it can be done.
Here is a good article outlining the basics
Google search on open proxies
How they would use a proxy server is to set that server setting in their web browser preferences. For most browsers, the proxy setting is under something like Preferences>Advanced.

I'm reporting this on Scripting News.
Question: When you say blocking, do you mean blocking within Iran?
