My first visit to the United States
Finally I got a signle-entry U.S. Visa last week or so. So I can now publically say that I'll attend the Berkman Center's conference titled "Internet & Society 2004: Votes, Bits & Bytes" on December 10.
There is a lot that I want to do and see in my first visit to the United States, but I actually don't know how to plan for it. New York, Washington, San Fransisco and Los Angeles are places I really want to see and could possiblly meet with local bloggers. The trip could last about two weeks, by the way.
Please let mw know if you have an idea or can help me to plan something.

Hello. I'm a medical student in New York, and an occasional blog writer. I just discovered your corner of the blogosphere from an article in Foreign Policy that discussed the role of Iranian blogs in promoting international political pressure on the regime in Tehran.
At any rate, I live in Manhattan, which is as New York as it gets, so if you're passing through this part of the country please let me know. I'd be honored to sit down for a drink with you and debate any issue that comes to mind.
