Low profile
It's not an accident that I haven't posted anything about my return to Tehran in my Persian blog. My Persian and English audience are very different and by doing this I want to keep a low profile for my own safety.
So plesae do not write about this in Persian. You are playing with my safety by doing this.

I just saw Hoder on TV. He was interviewed in Tehran by the BBC reporter. Lets keep it hush hush. We don't want to play with his safety. After all who watches BBC News?

I think you are an idiot, for at least three of the following four reasons (choose the ones that you like, I am not going to force it on you):
1. You think other people are idiots, and they buy it that you are in danger.
2. You think other people are idiots and they give money to you to see your parents. (Which one sent you to one of the most religious high schools in Iran?)
3. You think that Iranian government, if at all interested in you, won't read your English blog... As the first commenter mentioned, no one in Iran knows English!!! WAWWWWW you are really stupid.
4. Why are you telling Nik that he is putting your life in danger? You are not in any danger. Iran's government loves you, you are one of the most well respected blogger in the community, and you are advertising voting. People's vote is the essence of the survival of the tyrannical regime.
This comment may not be posted to be seen by general public, due to your censorship rules. However, for me it is enough if you read it.

You just want attention from all your so called "Audience". If iranian are after you what makes you thinks they re not gonna look at your website!? By even mentioning that you wanna keep a low profile that makes you a bigger threat. And your website is too dull! add some colour into it!

Moral of the Story: There is no one in the Iranian Intelligent Service that knows English, nor there is noone in Iran who can read and understand English. If you think so then keep it low... Good luck

Hossein-
If you are trying to keep a low profile, why would you announce your trip to Iran to major news outlets? And you should know that I saw the news of your return to Iran in other Persian blogs as well, so I dont know why you singled out the blog you named above for "putting your life in danger".
Your readership may vary from your english to Persian blogs (though it seems that many of your readers visit both), but presumably language isn't a barrier when it comes to your photo pages. Your photos in and of Tehran clearly show that you are in Tehran at the present moment since you have photos pertaining to the elections, etc.
I think there is a limit of self-promotion and self-importance before you lose what credibility and readership you have.

I can't believe you would go that low as to ask for donations from naive, uninformed people for such a stupid reason. Come on!! I think we all share a common Gene with our government and you are an example. They have treated us like stupid, mindless animals and you are doing the same. Shame on you and anyone who thinks, such a being deserves a penny for his "vacations".

Of course it might have helped if you had called this person and had told him about the plan of action before leaving Toronto. Unless you're not on speaking terms where there's always e-mail.
B.T.W. I think there are one or two people in I.R.I. who can actually read English!(LoL)
Looking forward to reading your "unbiased" reports.

Hossein, good luck, be careful. I wish you hadn't written about it on your English blog either - better you had made up a "correspondant" that would write about the election from the scene, while "you" stayed in the west.
My advice (worth what you pay for it, of course) is to Get The F Out right now. Your physical presence there won't make a gnat's eyelash difference in the outcome, and you risk everything.

Dear Hoder, using your Canadian passport I don't think you encounter any harsh problem, worse than Zahra Kazemi's!
You should write this notice sooner. It's too late! and everyone, included dear Mortazavi and Fazlinejad, certainly know about your visit. So be careful, and don't trust anyone. I think they can claim you were that American spy who is responsible for recent explosions in Tehran!

wait a minute, if your weblogs are filtered in iran, those who have filtered them can also read and understand your english stuff, so keeping a low profile like this means nothing!!!... you didn't have to announce it in the first place!!!!
don't worry, they won't harm you there, i'm sure, they are busier than that!
