i am a victim of NSEERS, even though i have always kept my legal status. they never notified me, i have been told that i had to watch news , or word of mouth through the community ( most of my persian friends are citizens). anyways, i went through the registration, but i still had to explain myself to the judge of immigration court for being late. by the way, i had to donate $ 2,500 to an attorney : (
